Random websites…

We all stumble across some fascinating websites along our web travels and I've decided to share a few of my recent favorites with you.

SoThere.com
We've all had moments and people in our lives that left or disappeared without giving us the ability to say  what we needed to, to find closure.  There's a website dedicated to helping you gain that closure.  It's called So There.

As I skimmed through some of the archives, I realized what a wonderful tool this could be for writers facing Writer's Block. What better way to delve into those deeper, messier emotions in your writing than by first experiencing them through letters? http://www.sothere.com/

DirtySounding.com (Just for fun)
Yes, it is exactly what is sounds like… πŸ™‚   http://www.dirtysounding.com

The End of The Internet (Just for fun)
Is there such a thing? Well, this site claims to be it.  http://www.shibumi.org/eoti.htm

Free Movie Style Fonts
I am a bit of a font freak (you really don't want to know how many I have on my computer) so when I see new collections (for free, to boot!) I get a little too happy about it.  Anyway, here's a great collection of fonts from movie titles styles..including Pirates of the Caribbean, Scooby Doo,  A Bug's Life and lots more… And for a bonus… on this list of fonts is one of my two all time favorite movies.  Any guesses?  My choice is bizarre and makes no sense… that's all I can say.   http://mintywhite.com/tech/fonts/free-movie-fonts-collection-ttf/

Psychology Types
These are according to Jung's theories on the 16 types of people.  But it's laid out in an easy, scannable way and can perhaps help us define characters.  http://www.socionics.com/main/types.htm

Gnod
Gnod is a search engine that helps you find things you didn't know you were looking for.  It's focused on books, movies and music for now… but if you're ever at a loss for what to see next or what book to pick up,  check this out.  Enter your favorites and it will make suggestions.  http://www.gnod.net/

That's all for today.  Enjoy!

Jeannie
