I don’t know about you but between the gazillion website newsletters I’ve subscribed to, the many many many articles on FB and Twitter, I spend a goodly amount of time each week reading up on different things… a very wide variety in fact. A little marketing, some fun, some focused, some not… So I thought I’d share some of the most memorable spots on the web I’ve visited this week.

CoSchedule has a great post on how to plan blog posts. Given that I’m trying to find a way to make this whole blog process much easier (and it’s working!), this is great reading. They also had this great post on ways to use marketing psychology to improve your blog.

Pyschology of Selfies – Buffer
This article on why selfies are so incredibly popular fascinated me. We are definitely in the selfie decade, and it’s not abating any time soon. Everywhere you go, it’s selfies.
This part of the article I found amazing:
A study of radiologists added photos of patients into the doctors records like so:
The results showed that seeing photos of patients increased empathy among doctors, and even improved the way they treated patients.
